How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days from the date that you receive your package to start the return process.

Acceptable reasons for returns?

You can return items for any reason as long as you follow the steps below.

How do I return my purchase?
  1. Please call customer service before returning any purchase.
  2. Include your Packing Slip with the Return.
  3. Return package via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
    • You are responsible for the "cost of shipping" to return your order.
    • Insure your return package to protect yourself from shipment being lost or damaged.

How should I package my return?
  • All items must be in original box or packaging and include all paperwork or tags.
  • Item must be inside a shipping box not just the item's packaging.

Which shipping carrier will my order be delivered by?
For most orders under $65 we will ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Orders over $65 that qualify for free shipping we will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on actual shipping cost based on item weight, box size, and destination. In all cases, items will usually be delivered within the estimated delivery time.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO Addresses?

Yes, we ship to both via USPS.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders for in stock items are guaranteed to ship same day if received by 1 pm ET or next business day if received after. Business days are Monday thru Friday.
